The assisted living program, called Comfort Care, is a personally designed package of care provided to individuals in their own apartment. Comfort Care is part of the studio apartment package. The apartments are located at both ends of the building on the first floor and are designed to be fully handicap-accessible. They are in close proximity to the on-site care providers and to common living areas, which encourages social interaction.

Comfort Care Packages can be provided to individuals in the independent apartments also. Care is provided by a professional, licensed Medicare-certified home care agency. Staff are available around the clock. Meals, social activities and a host of other services are included in the monthly rental program. The assisted living program is an excellent option for seniors who require the type of care offered in a nursing home, but who desire the ambiance of a private apartment in a remarkable indoor park environment.

Skyview Court has a unique two-story courtyard with apartments around its perimeter. The courtyard elicits the feeling of being in a year-round outdoor garden -- a welcome change from the hardships of our Minnesota winters.
