Angels Health and Rehabilitation Center hasbeen
meeting the residential health care needs of our
communities since 1965. In 1995 Guardian Angels becamepart
of the St. Francis Health Services family of Morris, MN,
sponsored by the Diocese of St. Cloud. Our focus and
commitment of is to continue to serve the health care
demands and lifestyles of today's older adults with
compassion and excellence.
Nurses (RN’s / LPN’s) are
on staff 24 hours a day to monitor your needs, provide skilled care, and
manage your medications. Our restorative programs provide care
assistance in your daily routine.
With our professional
Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies, we work with you to return
home as quickly as possible. Our staff is committed to your well being

We take a great deal of
pride in our food service at Guardian Angels. Beyond meeting nutritional
and dietary needs, we deliver excellent dining experiences. Family
and friends are always welcome to join you for meals at a nominal
charge.
We have a rich array of
daily creative entertainment, exercises and activities.
The Social Service
Department is devoted to assisting residents and families through the
admission, transfer and discharge procedures, making these processes as
stress-free and pleasant as possible. The Social Service staff is also
available to answer questions and offer assistance to all residents and
family on a daily basis.
Resident and Family
Councils provide residents and their families a "united voice" in
contributing to facility policies, planned activities, and legislative
action. Individuals interested in participating can obtain
additional information on meeting times, etc. through Guardian Angels
Social Service staff.
