organization, formerly owned and operated by
Northwest Medical Center called the C & NC.
TRCC is now
part of the St. Francis HealthServices
family of long-term-care facilities
across the state of MN.
We are a
Medicare and Medicaid certified facility
providing all levels of care: short term stays for
rehabilitative care, long term care and hospicecare.
