In 1856, the Strafford Western Immigration Company traveled west from Massachusetts to find a new homestead. Coming upon the beautiful Zumbro River Valley, they founded the settlement that would become the City of Zumbrota.

The city is now home to over 3,000 residents and 210 businesses. This year the city of Zumbrota celebrates its 150th anniversary. Come help us celebrate.

We place a major emphasis on nursing care that helps restore the body, mind and spirit to help our residents live as independently as possible.

	You receive restorative programs, personal care assistance in your daily living activities. Nurses are on staff 24 hours a day to monitor condition changes, provide skilled care, and manage your medications.

We take a great deal of pride in our food service at ZCC. Beyond meeting your nutritional and dietary needs, we deliver excellent dining experiences.

We have a rich array of interesting entertainment, exercise and activities.

We are licensed as a skilled nursing facility. We accept Medicare, Medical Assistance, and most private insurance plans.
